Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed after full payment is made. We ship with FedEx ground service. We charge $5 for printing each slip if customers use their own courier. We could ship out the order the same day if it’s paid by 11am Eastern Standard Time, but no guarantee. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once a tracking number is available it will be emailed to the email address you provide. Service interruptions may occur with shipping companies, these are rare but beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring that Fedex and/or any other carrier used can deliver to specified shipping address, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses in the USA, by special request we may be able to deliver to PO Boxes in Canada. 

Almost everything we sell is returnable within 7 days, shipping charge excluded. We charge 25% restocking fee for returned product over 7 days and within 30 days. Special order and discontinued items identified as "No Return" or "Final Sale" cannot be accepted as returns. If you are not satisfied with the item, or determine you don't need it, you can obtain return instructions by emailing us. In your email, please tell us your invoice or order number, the product number/ name and the reason for the return. Please understand that email is the quickest and fastest way for us to process your return. Items being returned from outside Canada require special instructions, otherwise we may be billed additional charges by carriers. If charges are billed to us they will be deducted from your refund. If a product doesn't work, don't try to "make it work" and risk damaging your printer or wasting your inks. We won't accept responsibility for any costs exceeding the cost of the product, therefore please inspect the product before you start the work.
We will not issue return credit for products which have been used, installed, or returned without their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you decide you don't need a product, we don't mind taking it back, but we can't absorb the shipping cost. The shipping amount will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns a package because you provided an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds typically take about 5 business days to be issued. Providing us with a return tracking number will ensure a speedy refund. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as you paid, (for example, Credit card payments will receive credit to the same card used to place the order). You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
